ARKAN'S HVAC

A speculative redesign for an established Sterling Heights HVAC company whose reputation, service breadth, and longevity deserve a stronger digital presentation.

The problem

The business looked stronger in its reputation than on its website.

Arkan's has a long operating history, broad residential and commercial HVAC services, emergency availability, and strong public customer proof. The redesign treats those facts as the core of the experience instead of burying them inside a sprawling service structure.

The concept reduces navigation friction, consolidates overlapping service pages, keeps useful service-area content available for local search, and brings real trust signals into the primary user journey.

The approach

Reduce the sprawl without reducing the business.

Consolidated IA

Home, About, Heating, Cooling & Air Quality, Commercial Work, Service Areas, and Contact become the customer-facing architecture.

Trust first

Established since 1995, emergency service, family operation, customer reputation, and service coverage become visible proof—not footer trivia.

Real service breadth

Furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductless, air quality, water heaters, maintenance, and commercial work remain discoverable without duplicative navigation.

Design direction

Professional, local, and built for a serious service business.

The visual system uses deep navy, controlled red accents, generous spacing, strong service hierarchy, and large-format proof sections. The goal is not to make an HVAC company look like a technology startup. It is to make a trusted local operator look as established online as it already is offline.
